**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot mechanical machine failures by disassembling and inspecting components. You will utilize technical documentation such as prints, manuals, and specifications to assist in troubleshooting, accurately maintain records for critical and quality-related plant equipment, and determine root causes of failures to correct conditions and prevent reoccurrence.
**Responsibilities**
+ Audit the maintenance program and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Repair failures using current procedures and recommend alternative methods.
+ Develop, document, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability.
+ Generate out-of-tolerance reports for equipment found outside of acceptance criteria.
