 MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ( Mechanical ) 

 Interpret and follow mechanical drawings and schematics of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery, and determine appropriate fault diagnosis procedures.  Diagnose faults in mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery; estimate the quantities and costs of maintenance materials and supplies; and follow up on their procurement and availability.  Prepare, submit, document, and maintain work reports and records.  Monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery in accordance with established maintenance schedules.  Follow up on repair activities and inspect mechanical equipment and machinery after maintenance to ensure proper performance, accuracy, and calibration.
