Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance work for related equipment in a timely, cost effective and safe manner and to minimize production down time. E.g. Pumps, Agitators, valves, stirrers
- Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors
- Electrical, earthing, motor, motor control centres, variable frequency drive
- Identify and prioritize work according to the equipment criticality and availability
- Support engineer(s) to setup maintenance plan (preventive and predictive) and vendor service agreement
- Identify, estimate and plan the resources (manpower, material and time) required for forthcoming / planned maintenance tasks
- Work with engineer to carry out improvement and monitor performance of equipment for optimization of equipment functionality
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors/contractors for equipment maintenance and repairs
