Maintenance Technician (M&E)

Responsibilities

• Execute troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance work for related equipment in a timely, cost effective and safe manner and to minimize production down time. E.g.

• Pumps, Agitators, valves, stirrers
• Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors
• Electrical, earthing, motor, motor control centres, variable frequency drive

• Identify and prioritize work according to the equipment criticality and availability
• Support engineer(s) to setup maintenance plan (preventive and predictive) and vendor service agreement
• Identify, estimate and plan the resources (manpower, material and time) required for forthcoming / planned maintenance tasks
• Work with engineer to carry out improvement and monitor performance of equipment for optimization of equipment functionality
