**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician - Level III – Abradable - 2nd Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Ladson, SC
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ **Champion a culture of safety** : Proactively identify and report hazards, follow HSE standards, use proper PPE, and help create an environment where safety is everyone's responsibility.
+ **Drive equipment reliability and uptime** : Support preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities that reduce downtime and improve operational performance.
