Job Description
**Immediate Maintenance Technician Opening!**
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with a variety of equipment, and keeping operations running efficiently.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems
+ Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
+ Diagnose issues using schematics, PLCs, and mechanical knowledge
+ Complete emergency repairs quickly and safely to keep production running
+ Install and maintain equipment such as forklifts, hoists, scales, and production machinery
+ Fabricate or repair parts using shop equipment (lathes, mills, welders, torches)
+ Service three-phase electrical systems, hydraulics, and power transmission components
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
