SUMMARY
Manages the full range of maintenance functions for all buildings, grounds, and equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of facility and grounds to include:
Electrical system Water and sewage systemsHeating and air conditioning systemsFire protection systemCompressed air systemPreventive maintenance of equipment and facility systems. Participates in safety audits and ensures safety compliance.Supervises the activities of outside contractors engaged in related work.Coordinates facility waste and janitorial services.Repairs of manufacturing equipment and other miscellaneous services.Other duties as assigned.
