Maintenance Technician

Job Description: Perform daily inspection of hotel rooms and public areas. Repair electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues. Maintain AC, water pumps, geysers, lighting, and other equipment. Attend guest maintenance complaints promptly. Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule. Replace damaged fixtures, switches, bulbs, locks, and fittings. Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office for room readiness. Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory. Record all maintenance work in the maintenance logbook. Monitor DG set, lift, fire safety, and emergency systems. Keep the hotel infrastructure in good working condition at all times.
