Job Description
Our Colorado Springs facility is seeking a knowledgeable and hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join the reliability, safety, and performance of our Facilities and Maintenance Team. In this role, you will perform inspections and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electromechanical equipment, and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. You will also partner with cross‑functional teams to understand equipment needs, communicate required changes, and support continuous improvement across the site.
What You’ll Do
- Perform Total Productive Maintenance for all equipment related to manufacturing.
- Track repair history in the maintenance database.
- Install automation equipment or projects in support of continuous improvement projects.
- Work with injection molding presses: Electrical (AC/DC), Hydraulic, B...
