**Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This full-time Lead Maintenance Technician role operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You will take a hands-on lead in maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, ensuring that machinery runs safely, reliably, and efficiently in a fast-paced yet friendly manufacturing environment. The role focuses on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, with a preference for experience on equipment used in corrugated paper box production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to restore equipment to safe and efficient operation.
