Responsibilities

• Maintain all plant machinery and furnaces, and keep equipment in good operating conditions.
• Generate effective repair solutions or diagnoses/troubleshoot faults to breakdown maintenance by incorporating all best practices and resources.
• Perform preventive maintenance of heat treatment equipment and other machinery.
• Schedule and perform regular furnace calibration works including temperature uniformity test and system accuracy tests.

Requirements

• NITEC in Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical components, PLC and wiring diagrams.
• Able to demonstrate strong machine repair knowledge.
• Possess excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Follow safety instructions as required.
