Job Description
Orchid Development operates as a division within the Flowers Group of Companies. It is responsible for managing various rental properties, including Cricket Square, Flowers Apartments, Middle Ground Apartments, Eucalyptus Building, and Orchid Village.
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, electrical systems, heating and ventilation systems, plumbing, and equipment installation. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, work in an organized manner, and demonstrate effective communication.
General duties & responsibilities
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures
- Assist in the development in maintenance procedures
