What you’ll do

• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and Asset & Protection Manager, you are responsible for assisting in organizing installation, regular repair, and maintenance of all Legacy Co‑op facilities and their assets.
• Assisting and working collaboratively with all contracted services and department managers for maintenance in adherence to the contracts, timelines, and repairs required. Report any non‑compliance or concerns of the contracted services to the Maintenance Manager.
• Have a solid understanding of applicable legislation and bylaws, and assist and participate in the short‑ and long‑term maintenance repair program for Legacy Co‑op facilities and their assets.
