If you are tired of driving to unpredictable job sites in the heat and want steady, indoor, climate-controlled work right here on the island, we want to hear from you. We are currently hiring for all skill levels. Whether you are an entry-level handyman looking to learn the ropes or an experienced Maintenance Lead ready to manage a property's daily health, we have consistent, year-round work available. Compensation Tiers: Entry-Level ($11.00 - $13.00/hr): Willing to train candidates with a great attitude, reliable transportation, and basic tool knowledge. Mid-Level ($13.00 - $16.00/hr): Minimum 2+ years of experience with general hotel/apartment repairs, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical.
