Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency, reliability, and safety of the production facility. This position focuses on electrical troubleshooting, control systems, and preventative maintenance to support continuous manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve PLC programs, HMI systems, and analog/digital controls
- Develop, document, and implement work order procedures for new equipment and system upgrades
- Install, maintain, and calibrate pneumatic and electronic process control instruments
