We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, supporting production operations, and ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, and company standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works well independently and as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Essential Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment according to established schedules. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs to minimize equipment downtime. Routinely inspect equipment to identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions.
