Job Description

Main Responsibility

  • Providing specialist technical support to maximise efficiency and ensure completion of planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, safe systems of work, and documented procedures.
  • Building strong working relationships with Process and Spirit Supply teams to deliver exceptional customer service in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Driving and supporting improvement projects, participating in root cause analysis, FMEA/FMECA, and other advanced problem‑solving activities.
  • Completing preventive maintenance activities on time and to the required quality and workmanship standards.
  • Responding effectively to unplanned breakdowns, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent corrective actions, with a focus on complex technical issues.
