Opening for Food confectionery company. Location: Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor the condition of production equipment and capture any abnormalities.
• Plan CAPA to eliminate risks.
• Conduct risk assessment and put control measures before any job to avoid incidents during or after hot work or other maintenance.
• Advise AM of recurring equipment malfunction and corrective action required.
• Complete all necessary documentation according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Troubleshoot all mechanical difficulties during production.
• Completely and independently change the production line from one product to another with quick and effective line startup.
• Work with shift production managers and entire production team to ensure an efficient and safe working environment.
