**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift plays a key role in ensuring reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities. You will take ownership of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, working closely with the production team to coordinate materials, time, and resources. This role involves hands-on work with pumps, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining centers, PLCs, furnaces, combustion equipment, and electrical and welding systems in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment.
