**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will work independently and collaboratively with various departments to diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of production equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with maintenance, tool room, quality control, and other production team members to maintain production flow.
+ Repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment autonomously and communicate symptoms to vendors for resolution.
+ Work with Supervisors and Leads to troubleshoot and restore faulted equipment by acquiring necessary resources.
+ Connect with PLC processors, interpret ladder logic programs, and isolate machine problems for repair.
+ Perform operations necessary for machinery repair, including welding, soldering, drilling, and replacing mechanical parts.
