**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on a wide range of industrial production equipment. You will handle preventive and reactive maintenance activities, support machine setup and changeovers, and ensure safe, reliable operation of machinery in a busy manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
+ Carry out both preventive and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
+ Repair and maintain gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, chillers, proofers, ovens, and baggers.
+ Work safely with electrical systems up to 480V, following appropriate procedures and standards.
+ Rewire and swap out motors as needed to keep equipment running efficiently.
