Role Profile:
To ensure the effective operation of all mechanical and electrical plant within the area of operation. Capable of working as part of a team and taking Instruction. Ensure health and safety and standard PPM practices are adhered to and completing all necessary paperwork on maintenance and repair operations. Must be a good communicator and have relevant M&E experience in manufacturing. Responsible for maintaining Food Safety and Food Quality Policy. Maintain and adhere to FSSC standard requirements.
The below Key Performance areas include but are not limited to:
Preventive maintenance program for all equipment on site.
Adequate handover of machineries after PPM/breakdown
