Job Description
Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Onsite Maintenance Technician for a facility in Brown Deer, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
**Job Title:** Onsite Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Brown Deer, WI
**Pay Rate:** $28.00 per hour
**Shift:** Thursday–Monday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform mechanical and electronic repairs on all equipment, including conveyor systems, printers, and sorting machines.
+ Respond urgently to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.
+ Complete preventative maintenance according to TQM and vendor standards.
+ Escalate serious equipment issues to the Lead Technician as appropriate.
+ Stay up-to-date by reviewing and utilizing vendor technical manuals and updates on equipment modifications.
+ Mentor and assist other site technicians as needed.
