**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician on 1st shift plays a key role in keeping a busy CNC production machine shop running safely and efficiently. This position focuses on performing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, and supporting the installation and setup of new equipment. You will work hands-on with CNC machinery, mechanical systems, and a variety of hand and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform monthly preventive maintenance on all production machines and mechanical units within the facility to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Diagnose, evaluate, and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns on CNC machines and related equipment.
