Maintenance Tech


Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech, to complete troubleshooting and repair of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic welding equipment. This position will support the manufacturing operations by performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs as needed.

What you will be doing: 

  • Troubleshooting and repair of basic electrical circuits

  • Troubleshooting and repair of electric motors and drives

  • Troubleshooting and repair or replace hydraulic pumps, valves and solenoids.

  • Welding of damaged equipment and fabrication of equipment

  • Must adhere to all lock out tag out procedures

  • Must complete work orders via CMMS software and maintenance utilization of 75%

  • Manipulation of robots and robotic programming

  • Ability to train other in these disciplines.
