Job Description
Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Week days (Monday through Friday), work can only be performed during the day (between the hours of 9am-3pm and typically takes 3 hours per shift)
Overview:
Nascence Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.
Responsibilities may include:
Cleaning air vents, and replacing filters
Changing light bulbs, and replacing ballasts
- Shampooing carpets
- Dust, polish, and wipe down furniture and high-touch surfaces
- Spray buffing
- Strip and Waxing
