**Position Summary:** Responsible for first responder for all general carpentry, labor support for campus facilities, grounds, and infrastructure. maintenance requests. Responsible for daily work orders issued within assigned area. Assists skilled maintenance personnel with preventative maintenance, repairs, construction projects, and general campus upkeep. Performs routine maintenance tasks while developing knowledge and skills across multiple facility trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
