The Maintenance Technician level 1 works onsite in Hoover to assist with basic tasks (such as changing light bulbs, painting, conference room(s) setup(s), unclogging drains, trash removal, air filter replacements, etc.). The Maintenance Tech also responds to service calls (lights out, locked desk drawers, etc.) and performs basic inspections of building systems using approved procedures in support of business goals and objectives. The Maintenance Tech I will be required to assist a Maintenance Technician II with working on mechanical or electrical systems. Maintenance Technicians also utilize computers to answer emails, input payroll information, take online training, work with a CMMS system and research work related information on the internet.
Contract Duration: 6 months+ the potential to convert to perm
