Job Description
We are looking for a talented Team Leader IV - 2nd Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Drive safe, compliant operations every day by proactively identifying hazards, enforcing HSE standards, and fostering an “interdependent safety” culture where the team looks out for one another.
+ Ensure consistent product quality by enforcing standard work, applying SPC and poka-yoke practices, and quickly escalating and resolving any quality concerns or non-conformance.
+ Deliver on production targets by effectively coordinating team activities, assigning work, and monitoring output to meet volume, cost, waste, and schedule expectations.
+ Act as the first line of response to equipment faults, material shortages, safety risks, and quality issues—minimizing downtime and maintaining operational flow.
