The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent technical skills, and a proven track record of managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in the factories.
– Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to efficiently maintain all production equipment.
– Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address any potential issues.
– Coordinate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance projects under tight deadlines.
– Monitor and control maintenance budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
