Job Description
BRP in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep production equipment running and to lead the maintenance group. You will design preventive and corrective maintenance programs and supervise technicians to achieve annual department objectives.
The ideal candidate has 4 years in production equipment maintenance, 2 years of people management, and knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma, 5s, safety standards, and PLC/electrical systems. English reading skills appreciated.
