Job Description

The Maintenance Systems Coordinator will lead the development and sustainment of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Wood Products Canada. They will be the champion for CMMS to help deliver operational excellence through industry-leading maintenance performance.

A day in the life of the Maintenance Systems Coordinator includes:

  • Coordinate CMMS development and sustainment utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management platform – ‘Octave Attune EAM’

  • Wood Products Canada representative for the North American EAM Sustainment Team

  • Lead the management of the EAM platform with IT

  • Point of contact for EAM integration issues with other systems

  • Lead systematic management of the EAM platform

  • Coordinate mill standards, procedures, reporting, protocols, standardization, development and policies for EAM

  • Create Cognos reports and/or grids to display mill data
