Local Manufacturing Company / Maintenance Supervisor
Pay: Depending on experience
Job Duties:
- Implement and administer a preventative maintenance program for all equipment.
- Ensure that PM activity is completed on or ahead of schedule.
- Support the effective operation of the plant from the standpoint of equipment availability, financial objectives, product output objectives, quality requirements, and all other production activities necessary to meet daily customer requirements are met.
- Ensure effective and timely resolution of for all un-planned maintenance activity to ensure minimal downtime. Support production schedules, from a maintenance perspective, to achieve site objectives, including but not limited to TAT, OTC, scrap, COPQ, and financial objectives.
