The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities. This role oversees daily maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance, while strictly adhering to food safety regulations (GMPs, HACCP, SQF) and worker safety standards (OSHA). The ideal candidate will minimize equipment downtime, optimize production efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Direct, train, schedule, and evaluate a team of maintenance mechanics and technicians across insert number, e.g., three shifts.
- Work Order Management: Assign and monitor daily maintenance tasks, ensuring work orders are completed safely, correctly, and on time.
