Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Machinery, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Reliability/Equipment Engineer in a complex manufacturing environment (., FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Fine Chemicals). Must possess proven hands-on experience with both:
· High-speed Integrated Automated Packaging/Production Lines: Familiar with vision systems, servo drives, pneumatics, transmissions, and automation control logic. Demonstrated success in troubleshooting frequent minor faults and improving line stability.
· Chemical Process Equipment: Proficient with pumps, valves, piping, agitators, tanks, etc. Substantial practical experience in mechanical sealing, corrosion protection, fluid transfer, and leakage control.
