Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – City of London – £60,000 per annum
Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider in London. CBW is currently recruiting a Contract Supervisor to work on a prestigious contract in the City of London. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-standard building services within a commercial, occupied environment, ensuring both planned and reactive works are delivered efficiently and to the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position offers clear progression, with the successful candidate expected to develop into a Contract Manager role in the future.
You will support the Contract Manager in the day-to-day running of the contract by managing a team of engineers, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring full compliance with statutory and health & safety requirements.
