Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This is a full time, on-site position based at our Roxboro, NC manufacturing facility. Relocation assistance is available for those within the US/PR.
The Maintenance Supervisor at Eaton's Roxboro, NC facility, within the Mobility Group North America organization, leads a team of Maintenance Technicians to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime, product quality, and operational performance.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
