The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities in a high-speed manufacturing plant to ensure maximum equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety. This role supervises maintenance technicians, oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensures rapid response to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, and automation).
Ensure optimal performance of high-speed production equipment, including conveyors, packaging lines, PLC-controlled systems, and automated machinery.
