**Maintenance Supervisor**

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the stamping presses machinery and peripherical equipment. You will be responsible for hiring and training staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations.
**As a Stamping presses Maintenance Supervisor**:
- Install production and support equipment in conjunction with Engineering and Production guidelines under direct supervision.
- Maintaining smooth relationships with external departments through communication and cooperation
- Report on status of assigned tasks at beginning, during, and conclusion.
- Oversee activities to encourage good teamwork.
