This employer is a large services contractor providing technical service and maintenance to commercial clients in Government, Health, Education, Offices, Defence etc.
This Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be based on a large single site with multiple buildings and critical systems.
The Role and Duties:
- Lead a team of 10x Techs
- Services include HVAC, Refrigeration, BMS and Fire services
- Responsible for diagnostics, maintenance and testing of plant and equipment
- Gas and refrigerant usage and disposal
- Timesheet approval
- Running tool box talks
- Manage subcontractors
