Job Description
Lead maintenance operations as a Maintenance Supervisor in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Oversee installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of vital equipment to ensure optimal performance.
In this role, you will supervise maintenance crews, including Mechanics and Electricians, to develop and maintain efficient systems for manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, implementing training, and creating Key Performance Indicators to track success. Engage with Production teams to ensure timely repairs and excellent equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maintenance teams for predictive and preventive tasks
• Develop maintenance documentation and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Production for equipment coordination
• Train staff on safety procedures and work methods
• Monitor job quality and provide progress updates
