Description We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily upkeep and repair activities for a residential community. This contract opportunity with potential for a long-term role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on technical knowledge with strong team leadership and a commitment to resident service. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, attractive, and efficiently operated property while partnering closely with site leadership to support overall community standards.
