Job Description
Our client, a leading Tier 1 manufacturing supplier is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.
NOTE: Afternoon shift; Occasional OT as required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance and reliability optimization of equipment to meet company production performance standards
- Oversee and develop Maintenance staff (millwrights and electricians), Modular Tooling Specialists, Apprentices and Janitorial employees; develop ongoing plans to maximize team performance
- Focused on IATF 16949 standards for facilities maintenance and quality improvement
- Experience with contributing to Plant SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives
- Ensure team works in compliance with EHS legislation, Environmental Health & Safety Policies/Programs and ISO14001
