Exact Contracting are seeking a workshop supervisor to join their remote civil construction and mining projects in remote South Australia, Northern Territory and New South Wales. 

This role will be a site based workshop role and reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and Project Manager. 

You will be responsible for supervising safe and cost effective maintenance activities on projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Leading from the front and driving our culture and vision to lead the industry through safety;
• Effectively managing resources to ensure achievement of maintenance schedules;
• Driving operational efficiencies;
• Providing effective leadership and supervision through ‘on the ground’ presence, direction, guidance and feedback to teams and individuals;
