Job Description
Responsibilities
Embed PeMM every day and ensure compliance and self-audits are performed
Development of an optimised maintenance work plan with defined and documented processes
Development of appropriate routine maintenance schedules
Ensure accurate data and document control, ensure all work orders are properly managed through CMMS
Communicate and train maintenance personnel in the maintenance procedures
Drive execution of preventive and condition-based maintenance plans.
Integration of maintenance activities with production plans
Allocate work effectively across shifts to support 24/7 operations.
Forward planning of manpower and materials for planned work and ensuring that those resources are marshalled in readiness.
Lead weekly shutdown of maintenance work in relation to duration, priority, skills requirements, spares, special tools and equipment, specialist services, and identification of appropriate material requirements.
