**Maintenance Supervisor – 1st Shift**
**Location:** Elgin, IL
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
**Salary:** $100,000 – $106,000 (Exempt)

**Position Summary**
KELLY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations while leading and supporting the maintenance team. This role combines **hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting** with **work order management, prioritization, and team leadership** to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
