Position Purpose:

• In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Maintenance Supervisor supervises and trains skilled and unskilled staff in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

What You Will Do:

• Delegates assignments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
• Recommends or initiates personnel actions and administers organization's policies for the department
• Ensures the compliance, safety, quality and efficiency of work activities
• Develops schedules and monitors time records to ensure timely payroll record submissions
• Prioritizes work orders; plans, schedules, coordinates and assigns work.
• Plans and organizes the purchase of all necessary materials, parts and components required for work orders.
