Job Description
Our team is seeking to add two Maintenance Group Leaders to their growing team to help with a new initiative. The Maintenance Group Leader oversees a team of skilled union hourly workers to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and adherence to union agreements, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
• Lead and support maintenance operations across multiple tasks and priorities
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Drive accountability and performance through effective team leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and corporate policies
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals
• Manage labor, inventory, and machinery usage efficiently
• Support electric and autonomous vehicle manufacturing initiatives
