Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment
• Develop tailored training and development plans for technicians
• Strategically pair technicians to promote growth and mentorship
• Plan shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Implement succession planning with the Maintenance Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience in manufacturing
