Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre in Assiniboia, SK. Reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and is responsible for supervising skilled trades staff in a unionized environment.

- Participate in work order planning and scheduling
- Manage the establishment and implementation of preventative and corrective operational maintenance programs
- Train staff
Qualifications
- Millwright trade licence or Mechanical Engineer supplemented with a minimum of 5 years millwright experience
- Demonstrated attention to workplace safety
- Previous supervisory experience
- Solid knowledge of computerized maintenance management software
- Willingness to perform shift work and overtime as required
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
